Maya Joslow OF COunsel

Brings experience and vision....

I bring my varied experience in litigation, business law, and intellectual property law to assist clients in assessing risk and finding solutions to a range of legal issues. I approach matters with a combination of practicality and creativity, listening to each client’s unique story and then working with the client to develop a legal strategy that honors the client’s goal in the representation.

Since becoming licensed in 2020, I have gained experience in civil litigation and business law as an associate attorney and have maintained a trademark law practice.

Prior to becoming licensed, I completed my undergraduate degree at New York University and then lived abroad, studying Mandarin in Taiwan and then teaching English in Spain. I then moved to Portland and worked as a trademark paralegal. Having developed a passion for law working as a trademark paralegal, I chose to pursue a career as an attorney and attended Lewis & Clark Law School while continuing my paralegal work.

When I’m not assisting clients, I enjoy bouldering, hiking, and camping, having good conversation with family and friends, and hanging out with my two spectacular and inimitable cats.

I am currently licensed in WA, OR and AK
